Taking cues from Tod Browning's 1932 cult classic, Freaks, Paul McCarthy's gross out
performances, and the spoofery and sensability of
Spinal Tap, "Dance With the Dolly"
was made.  Beginning as a sculpture that progressed into an installation, the curiosities
and confusions of pre-teenage sexuality were both paired and parodied with adult fears
of child birth.  This resulted in the rallying of the infamous pinhead magician, Schlitzie,
and a performance of still photography in vintage children's Halloween costumes to the
tune of
She Digs Turtle Soup.  Here are just a few of the stills and the installation can be
